  • Publication number: 20190131043
Abstract: Various embodiments may include an electric coil winding comprising: an electric conductor; a non-conductive element wound in parallel to the electric conductor throughout a number of turns forming a coil; and a first retaining element arranged in a first end region of the coil. The non-conductive element may be mechanically secured to the retaining element by means an elastic tensile element.

  • Patent number: 10246947
Abstract: A hollow body composed of an electrically conducting material and extending longitudinally along an axis is connected at one axial end to a connection element composed of an electrically conducting material and extending along the axis. A first thread is provided on the hollow body at the one axial end running about the axis, while a second thread is provided on the connection element running about the axis, so that the second thread is mechanically supported by the first thread. An insulation-material extent between the first thread and the second thread electrically isolates the hollow body from the connection element.

  • Publication number: 20170051984
Abstract: A method for producing a latent heat accumulator may include filling a can body with a phase-change material in the liquid or solid aggregate state, and closing the can body filled with said solid or liquid phase-change material by flanging such that fluid cannot pass through.

  • Patent number: 8112134
Abstract: The superconducting current-limiting device contains at least one coil (61), the conductive track of which is formed from at least one band-shaped superconductor (17), where a holding element (2, 41, 10, 51, 62) is located between adjacent coil windings. The holding element (2, 41, 51, 62) is constructed wider than the superconductor (17) in the axial direction of the coil (61). The holding element (2, 41, 51, 62) further includes a flat strip (11) and an undulating strip (12, 42, 52). The flat strip (11) extends essentially parallel to the band-shaped superconductor (17) at an essentially constant distance (22) therefrom. The undulating strip (12, 42, 52) extends essentially parallel to the flat strip (11), and in the longitudinal direction periodically has regions (15, 43, 53) distant from and regions (13) close to the flat strip (11). The regions (13) of the undulating strip (12, 42, 52) near to the flat strip have a mechanical connection (21) to the flat strip (11).

  • Publication number: 20010026882
Abstract: A nickel grid is arranged on the fuel-gas side of the high-temperature fuel cell, between the bipolar plate and the solid electrolyte. In order to avoid contact problems as the period of operation increases, the bipolar plate is provided with a nickel layer. The nickel grid is secured to the nickel layer in an electrically conducting manner, such as by spot welding.

  • Patent number: 6016668
Abstract: A method for dissolving a hardened glass solder, a method for separating components joined by a glass solder, a method for disassembling a fuel cell, and an apparatus for disassembling a fuel cell, include heating the hardened glass solder in a melt of a hydroxide. As a result, components which had been joined through the use of the hardened glass solder are able to be reused or subjected to a recycling process.
