Abstract: Emulsifying and dispersing apparatus for liquid-solids mixtures, comprising one or more cooperative and concentrically positioned stator and rotor rings having cutting rims with toothed portions for the passage of the mixtures being treated. Axial adjustment between stator and rotor is provided to permit changes in the spaces between the toothed portions so as to impart improved emulsifying and dispersing gradients to the materials.
