The UE monitors the PDCCH transmitted from the base station on a DL subframe included in an on duration period of a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle. The UE obtains information about a second TDD UL/DL configuration from the monitored PDCCH. The UE applies the second TDD UL/DL configuration to the radio frame. The DL subframe corresponds to a predetermined subframe number in the radio frame. The on duration period represents a period corresponding to a predetermined number of subframes from a subframe where the DRX cycle starts, and the on duration period is repeated periodically.
