Abstract: A cargo handling system (CHS) is provided and includes a guide tray along which an electric rail extends and a carrier movably disposable within the guide tray. The carrier includes a carrier surface, guide and contact rollers for establishing electric communication with the electric rail with the carrier movably disposed within the guide tray, drivable elements to assume retracted or extended positions at which, with the carrier movably disposed within the guide tray, the carrier surface is deployed within or above the guide tray, respectively; and a control system. The control system is configured to draw current from the electric communication between the electric rail and the contact roller and to use the current to operate the drivable elements to move the carrier along the guide tray and to control extension and retraction of the drivable elements.

Each of the upper half and lower half includes an inner surface and an outer surface, with the inner surfaces facing one another. The pill cutter further includes a pill platform attached to the inner surface of the lower half and formed to receive a pill. A blade holder is formed on the inner surface of the upper half. The blade holder includes a blade slot shaped to receive at least one of a three way cutter blade and a four way cutter blade.

Abstract: A composition for straightening and relaxing hair, contains, by weight, about 0.1-10% of at least one cationic dye, about 1-7% of an alkali relaxer, about 7-25% of an emulsifier, about 10-32% of an emollient, about 5-15% of a moisturizer, about 0.5-3% of a conditioning agent and about 35-55% of water.

Abstract: A vehicle solenoid valve includes a coil case with a plunger housing disposed therein. The plunger housing establishes a first fluid communication path and a second fluid communication path. Reciprocably disposed within the plunger housing is a plunger. The plunger is movable between a de-energized configuration wherein fluid communication through the first fluid communication path is permitted and fluid communication through the second fluid communication path is blocked, an energized configuration, wherein fluid communication through the first fluid communication path is blocked and fluid communication through the second fluid communication path is permitted, and a pressure relief configuration, wherein, while the valve is energized, fluid pressure on the plunger surpasses a predetermined pressure level to overcome an opposing magnetic force on the plunger and permit fluid communication through the first fluid communication path.

Abstract: A vehicle braking system has a self-apply control which is effective to control the vehicle wheels under braking situations, traction control situations and chassis control situations. The self-apply control includes an electronic control unit (ECU) to establish the operation of the brakes. A positive displacement pump is utilized to provide fluid during self-apply operation. The output pressure of the pump is controlled by a variable pressure isolation valve which is controlled by the ECU to establish the maximum pressure required during each situation such that excess fluid pressure is not generated at the pump. the isolation valve has a stepped diameter bore in which a valve spool is disposed. The valve spool and the bore cooperate to form a unique dampening structure. The valve land and the bore wall form a flow restriction to and from a dampening chamber formed by the bore step and the valve land.

Abstract: A transmission and control has a torque converter and clutch which is controlled between torque converter operation and torque converter clutch operation. The switch between these operations is controlled by a solenoid valve and a TCC apply valve. The solenoid valve is a normally open valve and includes a plunger that is spring loaded against a poppet valve to control the static pressure in the torque converter, during non-operating conditions of a vehicle, at or above a predetermined value.

Abstract: Mild aqueous detergent, e.g., shampoo, compositions are disclosed based on a mixture comprising anionic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant, such as betaines, present in the composition at a level of from about 0.75 to 1.25 parts by weight per part by weight of anionic surfactant. The compositions also contain one or a mixture of therapeutic agents such as climbazole or a mixture of climbazole and one or more co-therapeutics such as salicylic acid. The combination of mild surfactant system and therapeutic agent serve to prevent or treat mild skin disorders such as scalp itch and scalp irritation when applied to the scalp as a shampoo. Shampoo compositions also preferably contain one or more conditioning agents and suitable suspending agents.
