A topic model may determine a plurality of subtopics based on the topic. The application may receive, from a database based on the topic and plurality of subtopics, a plurality of text transcripts. A sentiment model may compute, for each text transcript, a respective sentiment score based on a text of the respective text transcript. The application may determine, for each text transcript, a duration of a communication session associated with the respective text transcript. The application may compute, for each text transcript, a total score based on the sentiment score and the duration of the respective text transcript. The application may return, as responsive to the query, a subset of the plurality of text transcripts having a total score that exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: A security system used by an organization maintains a PKI used for issuing digital certificates (hereinafter for brevity also referred to simply as “certificates”) and provides the PKI to the organization as a network service. In order to simplify the use of the PKI for purposes such as obtaining certificates, the security system additionally provides a mechanism for using a designated flow protocol to interface with whichever MDMs the organization uses. This mechanism permits administrators or other users to provision certificates to their organization's client devices with just a few actions within a user interface.

Abstract: A hydraulic accumulator system is provided to remove the motors or engines from the red zone while maintaining sufficient capacity within the red zone to quickly close the designated blowout preventer or other gate valves. Additionally, a single point is provided outside of the red zone to charge the local storage units or to open or close the designated blowout preventer or other gate valves when time is not a critical consideration.

Abstract: A greasing system may be placed partially within the red zone and partially outside of the red zone. Grease and pneumatic power is supplied from outside of the red zone to a pod, inside of the red zone, having local storage, high-pressure pumping capacity, and a distribution mechanism. The grease is supplied from outside of the red zone to the pod at low-pressure through a hose having at least a 1 inch inside diameter and is usually at least 100 feet long. The pod pressurizes the grease to a high-pressure and distributes the grease via a distribution mechanism to a relatively short hose, generally less than 8 feet between the distribution mechanism and the greasing point on the wellhead, in order to minimize pressure losses.

Abstract: A check valve bleed assembly eliminates the requirement for a person to enter the red zone when bleeding the grease out of a gate or other valve. A gas or other fluid is provided to the check valve bleed assembly. The gas or other fluid acts upon the surface driving a pin into the associated check valve with sufficient force to overcome the resistance of the object sitting on a seat and moves the object off of the seat. The force is maintained as long as is necessary. Usually, the check valve is held open until the gate transitions into the gate's associated gate recess thereby displacing the grease within the gate recess through the check valve, into the check valve bleed assembly, and finally to a waste collection tube. In some embodiments a gate valve greasing access port is included in the check valve bleed assembly such that grease may be injected into the check valve bleed assembly.

Abstract: A system and method of automatically detecting pricing loops by generating a price-history database and searching the database for recurring pricing update patterns. If a price update pattern is detected, then the price republishing is blocked until a next event occurs to interrupt the pricing loop. A pricing engine searches the price-history database before publishing a new price. If a past price recurs multiple times over a predetermined time period, then it is saved as a candidate value for a pricing loop. A current price to be published is compared to the candidate value, and if there is a match, then the current price is suppressed.

Abstract: An organization uses an independent separate authentication system to authenticate users or the organization for access to resources of the organization. The organization also uses an MDM system independent both of the organization and of the authentication system to administer the client devices of the organization's users and to ensure that the client devices handle the resources of the organization in a secure manner. In order to allow the authentication system to consider MDM management status of a client device when authenticating a user, the authentication system and the organization cooperate to establish a mechanism whereby the authentication system can securely determine whether a particular client device requesting access to an organization resource is in fact managed by an MDM system.
