  • Publication number: 20260263745
Abstract: Provided herein is an instrument delivery device for targeted delivery of a thrombolytic agent into an IV catheter. The instrument delivery device includes a collapsible sleeve and a catheter tube positioned within the collapsible sleeve. Proximal and distal connectors are positioned at the proximal and distal ends of the collapsible sleeve. An advancement member is positioned at the distal end of the collapsible sleeve, between the distal connector and the collapsible sleeve. The advancement member includes a housing, a wheel member on the housing and actuatable by a user, and a roller mechanism operably connected to the wheel member, with the catheter tube routed through the roller mechanism and engaged therewith. Rotation of the wheel member distally advances the catheter tube from a first position to a second position, in which the distal end of the catheter tube is disposed at or adjacent a distal end of the IV catheter.

  • Publication number: 20260270274
Abstract: A decentralized multi-agent artificial intelligence system autonomously orchestrates cyber threat management in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, featuring specialized integration for SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP HANA. The system comprises agents for monitoring, SAP-specific analysis, threat simulation, remediation, and coordination that employ multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) for consensus-driven decisions and adaptive responses. The system ingests SAP telemetry including audit logs and GRC alerts, simulates ERP exploits using generative AI, and executes tailored remediations including RFC isolation while maintaining privacy via federated learning and confidential computing. A governance module treats agents as non-human identities with bounded autonomy, reducing mean time to remediation and false positive rates.

  • Publication number: 20260249051
Abstract: Intravenous (IV) line attachments and IV line attachment racks can be used to efficiently manage and organize multiple intravenous (IV) lines. Each line attachment has an attachment mechanism for receiving an IV line, a coupling mechanism for coupling the line attachment to neighboring line attachments, and an indicator. The line attachments on a given IV line have matching indicators, which help caregivers identify each IV line. Similarly, each line attachment rack has a plurality of attachment mechanisms. In some embodiments, the line attachment rack can transition between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration. In the expanded configuration, the line attachment rack might have additional attachment mechanisms or spread out the existing attachment mechanisms. An IV line can be attached to at least two line attachment racks via at least two attachment mechanisms. The at least two attachment mechanisms to which the IV line is attached have matching indicators.

  • Patent number: 12678611
Abstract: Fluid connector systems including first and second connector portions that can form a fluid pathway when coupled together and can resist fluid flow therethrough when separated. Each connector portion can include a connector housing, a luer portion, and a spherical valve member. The spherical valve member is disposed within the connector housing extends partially through a valve opening of the connector housing. When the first and second connector portions are coupled together, the spherical valve members contact each other and displace away from their respective valve openings. • Publication number: 20260162125
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to systems and methods for providing an Eco-Conscious Communication (EcoCom) engine for analyzing and supporting eco-conscious digital communications. In an example, the EcoCom engine detects a digital communication prepared by a client device via a communications application. Upon detection, the EcoCom engine parses the digital communication to determine one or more features of the digital communication. Based on the one or more features, the EcoCom engine computes a carbon footprint estimate for the digital communication and generates a visual indication of the carbon footprint estimate. The visual indication of the carbon footprint estimate is displayed as associated with the digital communication via the client device, such as in visual proximity to the digital communication to communicate the environmental impact of the digital communication.
