The thermoelectric generator is attached to or formed integrally with the casing. The thermoelectric generator includes a power generation module formed by a plurality of thermocouples that utilize a temperature differential between a hot side and a cold side of the casing to generate electrical power. In one aspect, an electrically insulative layer is positioned between the casing and the power generation module. In another aspect, the thermoelectric generator includes a phase change material pack that includes an inner layer and an outer layer, the power generation module being positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer.
