Abstract: An example of a system may include a processor subsystem; and a memory device comprising instructions, which when executed by the processor subsystem, cause the processor subsystem to: access at an application executing on a user device, a set of device characteristics of an implantable medical device (IMD); search a database of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to identify a search result, the search result including MRI scanners that are safe for the IMD based on the set of device characteristics, and the search result in a geographic area; and present the search result on the user device.
