  • Patent number: 11995321
Abstract: Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems including a device health manager for managing health of a memory device. The device health manager identifies a memory device having a service life. The device health manager receives multiple requests to perform one or more computing operations. The device health manager predicts, using a machine learning model, an adjustment of the service life of the memory device using the health data. The device health manager generates a notification including the adjustment of the service life.

  • Publication number: 20240004788
Abstract: Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems including an adaptive configuration manager for controlling configurations of memory devices. The adaptive configuration manager receives a plurality of payloads from a host. The adaptive configuration manager identifies a profile of the host from a plurality of pre-determined host profiles. The adaptive configuration manager identifies a distribution of the plurality of memory access requests, the distribution including a set of sequential payloads and a set of random payloads. The adaptive configuration manager generates a memory access command using the profile of the host including a distribution of random and sequential access. The adaptive configuration manager executes the memory access command using the profile and a payload of the plurality of payloads.

  • Publication number: 20230315295
Abstract: Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems including a quality-of-service (QoS) processor for managing performance of a memory device. The QoS processor negotiates a configuration policy with one or more hosts. The QoS processor communicates the configuration policy to a memory device. The QoS processor monitors a workload of the memory device, the workload including one or more requests from the one or more hosts for the memory device to perform a type of computing operation. The QoS processor classifies the workload by comparing the workload to execution parameters of the memory device. The QoS processor computes a projected QoS using the classification of the workload. The QoS processor updates the configuration policy using the projected QoS.

  • Publication number: 20230061614
Abstract: A vehicle-based apparatus for noise injection and monitoring includes a first processing device coupled to a plurality of components and a second processing device coupled to the plurality of components. The second processing device injects noise into at least one component among the plurality of components and monitors behavior of the at least one component in response to the injected noise. The second processing device determines, based, at least in part, on the monitored behavior of the at least one component responsive to the injected noise, a susceptibility to the injected noise exhibited by the at least one component and transmits signaling indicative of the determined susceptibility to the injected noise exhibited by the at least one component to the first processing device.

  • Publication number: 20230061577
Abstract: A vehicle-based safety processor apparatus includes a first processing device coupled to a plurality of components and a second processing device coupled to the plurality of components. The second processing device can monitor characteristics of the plurality of components and determine a threat level of at least one component of the plurality of components based on at least one the characteristics. The second processing device can further determine whether the threat level meets or exceeds a threshold threat level for the at least one component and transmit signaling indicative of the determination that the threat level meets or exceeds the threshold threat level for the at least one component to the first processing device responsive to the determination that the threat level meets or exceeds the threshold threat level for the at least one component.
