Abstract: A card tray assembly and an electronic device are provided. The card tray assembly specifically includes a circuit board, a card tray holder, a card tray, and a waterproof cover. The card tray holder is connected to the circuit board, and a channel for connecting the card tray is formed between the card tray holder and the circuit board. The card tray is disposed in the channel and able to slide along the channel to switch between a pop-up state and a mounted state. The waterproof cover is connected to the circuit board, and an accommodating cavity is formed between the waterproof cover and the circuit board, the accommodating cavity being opposite the channel. In a case that the card tray is in the mounted state, the bottom of the card tray is embedded in the accommodating cavity.
