  • Patent number: 11542100
Abstract: The present subject matter relates to an impact bed system with an integrated shock absorber component (100) and a conveyor belt system thereof. The system (200) includes a flexible impact bed (202) including a plurality of cuboidal elements (204) arranged in an array, wherein the plurality of cuboidal elements are spatially coupled to each other; at least four extending elements (206) coupled to two opposite sides of the impact bed, wherein at least two extending elements are placed at each of the opposite sides of the impact bed; a pair of elongated cuboidal blocks (208) coupled to a mounting base plate (210), when in operation; at least four upright elongated components (214) coupled to the pair of elongated cuboidal blocks and the at least two support members; at least four shock absorber components coupled between the at least four upright elongated components and the at least four extending elements.

  • Patent number: 11345538
Abstract: The present invention provides an air blaster 100 for removing jammed materials. The air blaster 100 includes a tank 110 filled with compressed air and a dual piston assembly 400 inside the tank 110 for triggering a blast with minimum energy loss and high impact force. The piston assembly 400 includes an inlet piston 320 connected to an outlet piston 250 with a coupling mechanism such that the inlet piston 320 and the outlet piston 250 move in tandem and pressure acting on the inlet piston 320 and outlet piston 250 pushes the assembly 400 towards top of the tank 110 thereby compressing a dampening device/spring 360. The force produced by the instant discharge of air creates a strong blast of air in the tank 110.

  • Patent number: 11268592
Abstract: An automatic control unit for field vulcanizing press is provided. The control unit helps to monitor and control all three essential vulcanizing parameters viz. temperature, pressure and time, either locally or through remote access. Data logging, local monitoring & control of vulcanizing parameters or remote monitoring and control of vulcanizing parameters using a smart device are the major features of this control unit in which remote monitoring and control of vulcanizing parameters is the unique feature of this control unit. A video recording unit is also provided to record entire splicing operation and also there is option for online video streaming facility and it will help to monitor the entire splicing operation from a remote-control station.

  • Patent number: 10954074
Abstract: The various embodiments of the present invention disclose an apparatus, modular tracking unit and a method for conveyor belt alignment. The apparatus provides alignment sustenance and wide-angle coverage. The apparatus includes a plurality of modular tracking units, a linking mechanism including a connecting rope passing through a link of each of the modular tracking units and a pair of guide rollers. The invention triggers the pair of guided rollers on misalignment of the conveyor belt from original path. The guided roller activates the linking mechanism to move the modular tracking units in tandem for re-aligning the conveyor belt.
