Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and systems facilitating the collaborative creation of works over a computer network. The present invention combines, in different ways, elements of improvisation, peer review, incentivization, and centralized process management for the purpose of generating high-quality collaborative works. The present invention can employ an expansive repertoire of collaborative mechanisms. In one embodiment, the key to extracting valuable output from such a collaboration is the implementation of methods that incentivize large-scale participation, and of procedural constraints that allow the process to be managed effectively. In one form, the collaborative process involves awarding participating users based on the quality of their respective critical review.
