  • Publication number: 20240134732
Abstract: Cause alert and clear alert correlation is disclosed. The presently disclosed subject matter discloses generating a clear alert that can identify a related existing cause alert based on determining an updated hardware, software, and/or environmental state of a device, device role, etc. The clear alert can be positively correlated to the existing cause alert based on the identification of the cause alert comprised in the clear alert. The correlation of the cause and clear alert can be employed to alter a resolution event. Further, the correlation of the cause and clear alert can be employed to alter alert information that can be accessed by a user, such as an admin, etc., e.g., a cause alert can be marked as resolved after correlation to the clear alert, which can reduce extraneous alert information presented to an admin, for example, in an alert log, summary alert log, system health dashboard, etc.

  • Patent number: 9948778
Abstract: Systems and methods for automating the use of an IVR system are provided herein. A method includes traversing an interactive voice response (IVR) system using a chatbot, determining a menu structure of the IVR system using audio processing, the menu structure comprising selectable telephonic options, and storing the menu structure in a database. The menu structure, such as an IVR tree, can be used by the chatbot to fulfill user tasks and other requests.

  • Publication number: 20180048594
Abstract: Systems and methods for cross-platform messaging are provided herein. An example method includes operatively coupling a first chatbot associated with a first user, a second chatbot associated with a second user, and a central messaging system. The first chatbot is associated with a first messaging application installed on a first user device. Similarly, the second chatbot is associated with a second messaging application installed on a second user device. The second messaging application may differ from the first messaging application. The method also includes receiving a message from the first chatbot and transmitting the message to the second chatbot. The message can be originally generated by the first user using the first messaging application. The method can also transmit the message to one or more additional chatbots of other users. Once delivered, the message is provided by a corresponding chatbot to the messaging application for presentation to the user.

  • Publication number: 20100131352
Abstract: A method and system fulfills ad requests for delivery of ads to mobile clients in a mobile network. Ad data silos for ad requesters are maintained. The ad data silos are organized according to selected characteristics of the mobile clients of the ad requesters. In response to an incoming request for delivery of an ad, an attempt to fill the incoming request includes at least one of (1) retrieving an ad from a corresponding ad data silo to fulfill the incoming request, and (2) retrieving an ad according to a first priority policy from ad source among the plurality of ad sources to fulfill the incoming request. Also, in response to the incoming request, or other signals that may indicate current activity by the ad requester, an ad is retrieved according to a second priority policy for filling the corresponding ad data silo.

  • Publication number: 20080126113
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for creating and expiring ad hoc communities of mobile and fixed-line phone and Internet users for the purpose of facilitating one-to-many communication amongst the users in response to live events. Embodiments of the invention allow one-to-many communication by any individual participant in a community to all other participants in a community via standard messaging protocols, and further allow dynamically generated content to be distributed amongst the participants in the community. Such dynamically generated content may include interactive contests amongst participants, surveys of the participants, or the distribution of audio visual content generated from or transmitted via mobile devices used by the participants. Embodiments of the invention include systems and methods for preserving state data regarding the communities, participants, and events in order to facilitate concurrent participation in multiple communities.
