  • Publication number: 20060289565
Abstract: A dispensing package with single use integral thermal engine for a product has an upper product tray having a product well for holding the product with a peelable lid removably attached to the upper product tray, covering the product contained in the product well. A lower base tray, having a thermal engine well, is attached to the bottom of the upper product tray. A thermal engine is contained within the thermal engine well. The thermal engine has an oxidizer pouch containing an oxidizing agent and fuel reactive to the oxidizing agent. Applying pressure to the oxidizer pouch causes the oxidizer pouch to rupture or burst thus dispensing the oxidizing agent into the thermal engine well mixing with the fuel and reacting to generate heat.

  • Publication number: 20050277640
Abstract: Pyrimidine derivatives of formula (I) in which J and Y represent aromatic or heteroaromatic rings; R2, G, G?, and G? represent substituent groups and R2a represents H or halogen; L represents a linking group; and M represents CH or N. Pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and methods of using these compounds in treatment of hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer are also disclosed and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20020130376
Abstract: An improved method of reducing transistor channel length is shown. The physical channel length is reduced below a length set by the minimum lithographic feature size by implanting source/drain region extensions. The physical gate width is then narrowed by oxidizing the walls of the gate. The combination of narrowing the physical channel length and narrowing the physical gate width results in an effective channel length Leff that is more narrow than possible using lithography alone. The negative side effects of increasing effective gate thickness are eliminated through the use of a barrier layer.
