  • Publication number: 20240028233
Abstract: In some examples, a system identifies resource contention for a resource in a storage system, and determines that a workload collection that employs data reduction is consuming the resource. The system identifies relative contributions to consumption of the resource attributable to storage volumes in the storage system, where the workload collection that employs data reduction are performed on data of the storage volumes. The system determines whether storage space savings due to application of the data reduction for a given storage volume of the storage volumes satisfy a criterion, and in response to determining that the storage space savings for the given storage volume do not satisfy the criterion, the system indicates that the data reduction is not to be applied for the given storage volume.

  • Patent number: 11834872
Abstract: A vehicle door opening assembly adopting three positions: a hidden position, a ready position, and a release position. Guiding means comprising a slider support a handling element and can be moved by elastic means from the hidden position into the ready position. The slider is movable in translation from the hidden/retracted position, in which the slider and the handling element are contained in a release mechanism sheath, to the ready/deployed position when the elastic means are released. The handling element is fixed to the slider so as to be rotatable between a position coaxial with the slider and an inclined position protruding laterally from the release mechanism sheath. Secondary elastic means cause the handling element to rotate in a visible inclined position when the slider reaches the ready/deployed position.

  • Publication number: 20230168995
Abstract: A system and a method for detecting and capturing information corresponding to split tests and their outcomes are disclosed. The system identifies a split test being run on a third-party website or web page. The split test comprises one or more experimental arms corresponding to modifications of the third-party website or web page. The system identifies the arms of the split test and monitors changes in traffic allocation to the arms of the split test. Further, the system identifies one or more experimental arms as being winner arms based on an increase in the traffic allocation to the arms or modifications contained in the arm or arms being detected on the website or web page following the conclusion of the test. In one embodiment, the system identifies one or more experimental arms as being winner arms when the traffic is allocated substantially or completely to the arms.

  • Publication number: 20230165719
Abstract: A look-up table for use in determining an energy parameter for photodisrupting ocular tissue with a laser is generated by determining a plurality of individual spot size distributions, wherein each of the plurality of individual spot size distributions is based on a different set of simulated data and includes an expected spot size of a laser focus at each of a plurality of locations within a modeled target volume of ocular tissue. The plurality of individual spot size distributions are combined to obtain a final spot size distribution that includes a final expected spot size of the laser focus at the plurality of locations of the focus within the modeled target volume of ocular tissue. An energy value is assigned to the plurality of locations of the focus within the modeled target volume of ocular tissue based on the final expected spot size at that location.

  • Publication number: 20230129647
Abstract: In some examples, a computing system receives an indication of an increased workload portion to be added to a workload of a storage system, the workload comprising buckets of operations of different characteristics. The computing system computes, based on quantities of operations of the different characteristics in the workload, factor values that indicate distribution of operations of the increased workload portion to the buckets of operations of the different characteristics, and distributes, according to the factor values, the operations of the increased workload portion into the buckets of operations of the different characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20230128830
Abstract: A target surface in an eye is located using a dual aiming beam apparatus that transmits a first aiming beam of light and a second aiming beam of light. An optics subsystem receives a laser beam from a laser source, the first aiming beam of light, and the second aiming beam of light, and directs the beams of light to be incident with the target surface and aligns the beams of light such that they intersect at a point corresponding to a focus of the laser beam. An imaging apparatus captures an image of the target surface including a first spot corresponding to the first aiming beam of light and a second spot corresponding to a second aiming beam of light. A separation between the spots indicates that the focus is away from the target surface, while overlapping spots indicate the focus is at or on the target surface.

  • Patent number: 11589290
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for routing modification based on handover detection in UEs and network equipment. According to the principles of the present specification, communication between a User Equipment (UE) and a network equipment may be established over a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT, and a coupling between the first RAT and the second RAT may be identified in the communication between the UE and the network equipment. A handover event associated with at least one of the RATs may be identified, and network traffic routing may be adapted based at least in part on the identified handover event and the coupling between the first RAT and the second RAT.

  • Patent number: 11350290
Abstract: A system can include a network analysis platform that applies models to identify downlink interference at a network cell, such as at a base station. For a session at a cell, an expected performance with normalized downlink interference can be compared to an actual performance to determine whether the session is impacted. This can include normalizing channel quality index (“CQI”) and negative-acknowledgement (“NACK”) rate. Overshooting aggressor cells can be identified as the source of the downlink interference based on a useless overlap fraction exceeding a threshold. The impacted sessions and root causes can be displayed on a graphical user interface (“GUI”).
