Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a method and device for assisting a learner for learning a subject matter. The device comprises an inner rotating cylinder provided with two co-axial and concentric cylinders of same altitude but with different diameters. An outer rotating cylinder having several port holes is adapted to embrace the inner rotating cylinder. Several vanes are provided between the two co-axial and concentric cylinders for creating several cells. The number of cells is equal to a number of days in a learning plan. The review papers containing several subject matters are placed in the cells. The number of portholes is equal to a number of review stages in the learning plan. The device enables the learner to review the subject matters by opening the portholes until the end of the learning plan is achieved.
