  • Publication number: 20240163921
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for detecting consistent listen before talk failure cases and suitably recovering from such failure cases in the implementation of sidelink for unlicensed bands are provided. For example, a method can include monitoring a transmission resource pool in which the apparatus is operating. The transmission resource pool can include resource block sets, each of which can be monitored. The monitoring can be applied to resource block sets for which a prohibit timer is not running or is expired. The monitoring can be performed to detect listen before talk failures of the apparatus for each monitored resource block set of the plurality of resource block sets. The method can also include triggering or declaring a consistent listen before talk failure for the monitored resource block set when the count value of detected failures exceeds a threshold.

  • Patent number: 11267379
Abstract: A stroller having a frame, a seat on the frame for receiving a child and a heating/cooling system operably coupled to the seat. The heating/cooling system includes a single heating and cooling element proximate the seat. A reversible compressor is operably coupled to the single heating and cooling element. A first coil operably coupled to the compressor. A reversible expansion valve is operably coupled to the first coil. The reversible expansion valve is operably coupled to the single heating and cooling element. A refrigerant circulates through the single heating and cooling element, reversible compressor, first coil and reversible expansion valve. The heating/cooling system provides a first operating configuration for cooling the seat by having the refrigerant within the single heating and cooling element absorb heat, and a second operating configuration for heating the seat by having the refrigerant within the single heating and cooling element dissipate heat.

  • Publication number: 20140367913
Abstract: An educational board game has a plurality of segments positioned in a predetermined order and extending from a starting segment to an ending segment. The educational board game also has a plurality of participant identifiers, wherein each participant identifier represents a single individual playing the game. A random number generator selects a value which determines how many segments a participant is allowed to move on his or her turn. A first feedback stack includes cards describing episodes and which may result in an exchange or loss of points. A second feedback stack includes cards with instructions to read out loud educational content. The educational board game further has a third feedback stack with cards containing questions regarding the subject matter of the game. The educational content read during the game includes answers to the questions presented in the third feedback stack.
