  • Publication number: 20100135243
Abstract: The invention comprises methods and arrangements for Policy Decision Point discovery in a roaming or handover scenario in an IP network (IN) comprising a plurality of network elements. The invention introduces a Re-direct Policy Decision (RPDF) Function which can deliver addresses to PDPs associated to a certain Mobile Terminal. The RPDF comprises a memory for storing addresses (APDPA, SPDPA1) of Policy Decision Points and Mobile Terminals. The RPDF makes it possible for a network element, e.g. an application function, a policy enforcement point or another policy decision point, to find a Policy Decision Point associated to the Mobile Terminal.

  • Publication number: 20100115071
Abstract: In scenarios where service requirements are negotiated through a signalling layer whereas the services are carried out through a bearer layer, control rules are created at a control server logically interposed between the signalling and bearer layers. These control rules are based on service requirements received from an entity in the signalling layer, and are installed in an entity in the bearer layer for a bearer established therein. However, not all the service requirements negotiated through the signalling layer can be supported at the bearer layer by any user's equipment. The invention provides for a method and devices whereby the control server can create control rules based on the service requirements received from the signalling layer and also based on capabilities of the user's equipment currently used by the user, and whereby the control rules are installed for a currently established bearer or for a new subsequent bearer further established, depending on these control rules.

  • Patent number: 7617941
Abstract: A product display rack having a plurality of interlocking modular units, each of which are capable of tessellation. Preferably, each unit comprises: four parallel wire members, the first and second of which define a base, and the third and fourth of which define a top; a first L-shaped flange and a second, parallel L-shaped flange, wherein said first and second L-shaped flanges are attached and parallel to said first and third wire members, respectively, and wherein further the first and second L-shaped flanges have their own respective receiving portions that face each other; a third L-shaped flange and a fourth, parallel L-shaped flange, wherein said third and fourth L-shaped flanges are attached and parallel to said third and fourth wire members, respectively, and wherein further the third and fourth L-shaped flanges each have their own respective receiving portions that face each other.

  • Publication number: 20090196225
Abstract: In scenarios where the quality of service is negotiated through a signalling layer whereas the services are actually carried through a bearer layer, application functions at the signalling layer are not always aware of how quality of service is individually accomplished at the bearer layer on a service basis. The invention provides a method and devices whereby events are detected on a service data flow basis at a detection device in the bearer layer and notified towards an application device in the signalling layer via a control device between the signalling and the bearer layer. The list of events to be notified is obtainable at the control device from the application device and is included in Quality of Service related rules, along with service data flow filters. This Quality of Service related rules are provided to the detection device for inspecting individual service data flows in order to detect and notify the indicated events.

  • Publication number: 20080128319
Abstract: A modular display rack capable of multi-unit stacking and simultaneously accommodating trays in either a gravitational-feed orientation or a non-gravitational-feed orientation. A preferred embodiment comprises: a first tray and a second tray, wherein each one of said trays comprises a left tray panel, a right tray panel, a front tray panel, a rear tray panel, and a bottom tray panel; a first pillar, a second pillar, and a third pillar; wherein the second tray is aligned above the first tray, and the first and second trays are spaced apart and secured in their relative positions by shared attachment to the first, second, and third pillars such that: the first pillar is adjacent to the trays' left tray panels; the second pillar is adjacent to the trays' right tray panels; and the third pillar is adjacent to the trays' rear tray panels.
