Abstract: An incentives platform receives information about business processes from a plurality of businesses. The information includes specific performance information for employees of each of the businesses. Each business may use the platform to tailor an incentives program for its employees, where employees receive rewards based on their performance metrics. The platform includes a gallery of predefined rules for computing the incentives, allowing a business to select one or more incentives from the gallery.
