Abstract: A vehicle cargo storage system attaches to a truck bed, providing a plurality of beams that can support individual fasteners (e.g. eyebolts) to which cables can attach for securing a load. Alternatively, a load carrying module having a cargo deck and an under deck storage area is affixable to the beams. Optional devices (e.g. toolbox, grill, table, storage containers/boxes) can be supported upon the cargo deck or under deck storage area of the load carrying module.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an improved trailer for use with a common tractor or truck, or like tow vehicle. The apparatus of the present invention features the use of a plurality of transversely positioned beams to keep secure a load, each having end portions with vertical sections that attach to receptacles provided on a bed portion of the tractor trailer. Fasteners are provided with each beam to secure a load that is to be carried by the trailer. Multiple of the beams can be attached at spaced apart positions for holding a load or load package therebetween.

Abstract: A vehicle cargo transport apparatus is disclosed that provides a vehicle having a cargo deck having a plurality of beams, the beams being preferably positioned flush with the cargo deck, each beam having one or more beam openings or sockets. There are preferably first and second pairs of the beams. The first pair is preferably a pair of parallel beams. The beams of the second pair are preferably parallel. At least two of the beams are generally perpendicular to one another. Eyebolt like connectors attach to the beam openings, preferably by interlocking a lower end portion of the connector with a beam at a beam opening or socket. Specially configured straps employ cables and foam core sleeves. The sleeves can be color coded to indicate the nature of the cargo.
