  • Patent number: 11975445
Abstract: An end effector is removably connected to a robot arm under sterile conditions with an arm mount module configured to be connected to the robot arm, and an arm drape module configured to be removably connected to the arm mount module by a first locking mechanism. A third module may be configured to be removably connected to the arm drape module by a second locking mechanism. A sterile hand drape module may be configured to be removably connected to the arm drape module by the second locking mechanism; and a hand mount module may be configured to be removably connected to the hand drape module by a third locking mechanism, and to be connected to the end effector or the hand mount module is the end effector itself. A transmission pathway for signals, electrical energy, or mechanical energy is provided between the robot arm and the end effector.

  • Patent number: 11925426
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed for surgical instruments, systems, and methods for preventing skiving of a drilling instrument during a robotic or robot-assisted surgery are disclosed. In one embodiment, a scan of a patient's anatomy can be performed to produce a model of the bone to be drilled into and analysis of the surface can determine if the curvature is such that, if a target trajectory for a bore were followed, skiving of the drilling instrument is likely. If so, an alternate anti-skiving trajectory can be determined. The anti-skiving trajectory of a bore differs from the target trajectory by at least one of entry point, diameter, axis, or depth.

  • Publication number: 20220325736
Abstract: The invention is directed to a construction tube which has a circular cross section, wherein the circular cross section including two circular stretches and two flat stretches diametrically opposite from each other which define two parallel planes interrupting the circular stretches. It enables the advantages of construction tubes with a circular cross section and the advantages of tubes with a polygonal cross section to be combined. The construction tube can be joined to a connectable element, which is preferably selected from another construction tube and an output shaft of a reducer of a solar tracker, in particular, using inner parts and/or clamps. The construction tube of the invention has a special application in solar collection systems, making up a torsion shaft of a solar tracker.
