  • Publication number: 20250230844
Abstract: An actuating element for a clutch includes an annular piston, a plurality of finger elements arranged for displacing a sliding sleeve, and an annular spring element arranged to couple the plurality of finger elements to the annular piston. The annular spring element may have a circumference and a plurality of recesses arranged along the circumference. Each of the plurality of finger elements may be arranged perpendicular to the annular spring element in an assembled state of the actuating element. Each of the plurality of finger elements may have a groove arranged for receiving a peripheral projection of the sliding sleeve in a form-fitting manner.

  • Publication number: 20250188997
Abstract: A clutch actuation device includes a sliding sleeve and an actuation bell for axially displacing the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is axially displaceable for engaging and disengaging a clutch. The actuating bell has a main body and an elastic spring element. The main body is arranged for transmitting a first axial force to the sliding sleeve in a first axial direction. The elastic spring element is arranged for transmitting a second axial force to the sliding sleeve in a second axial direction, opposite the first axial direction. The actuating bell may have an axial stop formed on the main body for transmitting the first axial force directly to the sliding sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20230160463
Abstract: A cone pulley arrangement (1) for a cone pulley transmission, comprising: a shaft (2) which can be rotated about a rotational axis (3); at least one bearing (4, 5) by means of which the shaft (2) can be mounted; a first cone pulley (6), which is torsionally fixed and is fixedly connected to the shaft (2) in an axial direction (7); a second cone pulley (8) which is fixedly connected to the shaft (2) and is adjustable in the axial direction (7) relative to the shaft (2); a gearwheel (9) which is fixedly connected to the shaft (2); and an actuating member (10) for adjusting the second cone pulley (8), comprising a spring (11) and a piston (12), wherein the spring (11) and the piston (12) are at least partially nested with the gearwheel (9) or with the at least one bearing (4, 5) in the axial direction (7).

  • Publication number: 20220170529
Abstract: A pressure piece for articulated connection of links of a CVT plate-link chain for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a center, a pressure piece lower portion with a lower thickness, a pressure piece upper portion with an upper thickness, and a thickness ratio between the lower thickness and the upper thickness. The lower thickness is measured at a predefined distance below the center when viewed in a vertical direction, and is measured perpendicular to the vertical direction. The upper thickness is measured at the predefined distance above the center when viewed in the vertical direction, and is measured perpendicular to the vertical direction. The thickness ratio is greater than 1/1.09.

  • Publication number: 20220128122
Abstract: A plate link chain for a motor vehicle drive having a continuously variable transmission includes a pressure piece with a first bearing face and a second bearing face, and a plate with a third bearing face and a fourth bearing face. The first bearing face and the third bearing face bear against one another to form a force transmitting outer contact region relative to a rotation direction of the plate link chain, and the outer contact region forms an outer contact face that is linear or flat and encloses an angle ? that is ?160° and ?180°. The second bearing face and the fourth bearing face bear against one another to form a force transmitting inner contact region relative to the rotation direction, and the inner contact region forms an inner contact face enclosing an angle that is ?90° and ?135°.
