  • Patent number: 9731702
Abstract: A method of controlling a mobile work machine having a reversing gearbox. The driving direction reversal is initiated by detecting a driving direction reversal command. A change of the torque transmission from a current driving direction to a new driving direction is carried out as a powershift. Braking for the driving direction reversal occurs in a manner so as to recuperate energy. Furthermore, a device for controlling a mobile work machine, in particular for implementing the method, is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9341242
Abstract: A transmission device with at least one electrical variator for the continuous variation of a transmission ratio and with power branching. A planetary gear unit is coupled to a transmission input shaft and to a shaft of the electrical variator, and also to a change-speed gearbox, in the area of which, in combination with the electrical variator, a number of transmission ratio ranges can be produced. Within the transmission ratio ranges, the transmission ratio of the transmission device can in each case be varied continuously by the electrical variator. Along the power path, between the shaft of the electrical variator connected to the planetary gear unit and the planetary gear unit itself, a mechanism is provided where at least part of the torque transmitted along the power path, between the electrical variator and the planetary gear unit, can be reinforced.

  • Patent number: 9010103
Abstract: A device (1) for driving working equipment (2) which can be connected to an agricultural commercial vehicle. The commercial vehicle has a combustion engine (6) and a generator (9) which can be driven by the combustion engine (6). The commercial vehicle and/or the working equipment (2) have at least a hydraulic pump (5), for the supply of a hydraulic working circuit (3), and a mechanical connection (4), for driving the working equipment (2). At least one hydraulic pump (5) and/or the mechanical connection (4) can be driven electrically and/or mechanically, and can be driven with a controllable rotational speed by way of the power branching.

  • Patent number: 8851260
Abstract: The invention relates to a positively engaging shifting element which can be hydraulically or pneumatically actuated, comprising a hydraulically or pneumatically actuatable piston (I) having a piston compartment (2) containing a hydraulic medium or pressure medium, a jaw (3) having a dog-type gearing (4) and a mating jaw (5) with which the dog-type gearing (4) meshes when engaged. The engaging speed of the jaw (3) can be increased by decoupling the jaw (3) from the hydraulic or pneumatic volume flow when the jaws (3) and (5) are in a tooth butt position in relation to each other and by pretensioning the jaw (3) by means of a mechanical device (6) that is actively connected to the piston (I). The gap between the jaws, i.e. the window into which the jaw (3) can be engaged is maintained as narrow as possible in order for a tooth butt position of the jaws (3) and (5) in relation to each other being highly probable when the shift element is applied.
