Abstract: Described herein is a set of accessories and corresponding supports for exercising the human body, same which in its most basic modality requires minimum space, and when not in use, it can hardly be seen by the naked eye. Because of its design, the apparatus is assembled and disassembled in a matter of seconds without the need of tools. In aforementioned most basic modality, up to four persons can simultaneously exercise and therefore it is a solution for all those who wish to have a mean to exercise the body at home, but lack of sufficient space. The apparatus adapts to different locations, conditions and circumstances, either indoors, outdoors, home, office, etc.
