The apparatus includes a base body made of a hard component for the connection to an edge of a carrier component delimiting an opening, and a sealing device made of a soft component. The base body comprises at least one connection passageway configured as an undercut for the form-fit connection to a correspondingly configured element of the soft component, and a lid element for covering the connecting region.
