  • Patent number: 10781576
Abstract: A method for the desalination of water, carried out in one embodiment on the basis of a borehole (4) in permeable coastal land, in which two internal wells (5, 6) are interconnected at the bottom, by means of a membrane packet (9), disposed such that the supply flow provided via the borehole (4) flows in a downward direction by the suction of a motor pump (7) installed at a shallow depth inside the well (5), with an ascending flow, pouring same to the marine outlet and the diluted flow (permeate) drains from the membrane packets (9) to the second well (6), which is hollow and at atmospheric pressure, where a motor pump (8) extracts the permeate for the use thereof, while in another embodiment the membrane packets (15) may be disposed in ducts hanging from a floating platform anchored in the sea or other salty water.

  • Publication number: 20180328006
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and means for diluting or concentrating solutions, applied to processes for the desalination of water, characterised by being carried out on the basis of a borehole (4) in permeable coastal land, where two internal wells (5, 6) are installed producing three channels that are interconnected at the bottom, by means of a membrane packet (9), disposed such that the supply flow towards the membranes and provided via the borehole (4) flows in a downward direction, generated, using the principle of communicating vessels, by the suction of a motor pump (7) installed at a shallow depth inside the well of the concentrate (5), with an ascending flow, pouring same to the marine outlet and the diluted flow (permeate) drains to the second well (6), which is hollow and at atmospheric pressure, where a motor pump (8) extracts the permeate for the use thereof.

  • Patent number: 8841794
Abstract: COMPENSATED MOTOR TORQUE WIND TURBINE, constituted by a single blade (12) rotor (1) attached to a low speed shaft (3) with spindle (2) sustained in a nacelle (9), on gear bearing (7), at the end of the tower (8), being the power train elements: multiplier (5), generator (6) and brake (13) suspended from the nacelle (9) through a first bearing (4) aligned with the low speed shaft (3), forming a pendulum set (28) that allows them to rotate, compensating in its angular motion the rotor (1) torque, said pendulum set (28) accumulates potential energy when rising in its angular motion and releases it when the gust stops by descending and turning in the opposite direction of the rotation of the turbine's rotor (1) restituting turns to the generator's (6) rotor, being this effect a power regulator.

  • Patent number: 7763835
Abstract: The invention relates to a solar tracker characterized by having photovoltaic panels arranged in spaced rows at different levels and two slopes, favoring their ventilation and the expansion of the frame; the panels being fixed by means of yokes and clips to a support (3) anchored to the H-shaped frame (4) resting on swivelling supports of a tower having little height supporting the entire structure, its tilt being variable by means of a tension device, the side longitudinal beams (4a) being extendible to house more rows of panels (1) since the remaining structural components, tower, bearings, column and base have been oversized for that purpose.

  • Publication number: 20080245402
Abstract: A SOLAR TRACKER FOR THERMAL AND PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS WITH A FORCED AIR SYSTEM, APPLICABLE TO BUILDINGS, with a panel-carrying framework on a dome, whose interior features a heat accumulator, acting as a column; attached to the base of this there is a fan and radiator capable of blowing treated air towards the apartments, it being installed over the stairwell, which acts as a carriage duct, also acting as a fire protection system as it creates centrifugal radial flows, expelling harmful gases on opening doors and windows. The framework tilts on two axes of a spider joint located between two yokes, one of these fixed on the column and the other tilting, this last supporting the framework. Four servo-cylinders, two per axis, cause it to be directed towards the sun. The rows of the framework, arranged on different levels, in the shape of a stepped pyramid, support juxtaposed thermal and photovoltaic panels, it being possible to direct those appropriate towards the sun while the others are shaded.
