The multi-purpose or universal tool, generally speaking, comprises a hand held universal suspension press, a pressure bolt means, a plurality of ball joint and/or tie-rod attachment fork members, one or more arbor press attachment members, and other attachment parts to facilitate ball joint and tie-rod joint removal/installation.
