  • Patent number: 10534035
Abstract: The present application arises from the need of associating a switching matrix comprising electromechanical relays with a switching matrix comprising solid-state relays. Disclosed herein is an automated test equipment comprising an electronic controller, at least two measuring signals, at least one switching matrix comprising at least two electromechanical relays for each test point, and at least a switching matrix comprising at least one test point and at least two solid-state relays for each test point. In this equipment, each test point in a switching matrix comprising electromechanical relays is connected to a test point of the other switching matrix comprising solid-state relays, via an electromechanical relay. In practice, a reduction by half of the test time at the low voltage step is observed.

  • Publication number: 20130119293
Abstract: The invention presented here belongs to the technical field of building materials, decorative materials and materials for furniture. It is intended to solve the problem of innovative uses with new solutions for the application of traditional building materials such as concrete. Its primary application is for materials used in building walls, floors, furniture and others within their technical field. Its main features, the translucency and lightness, result from the incorporation of fiber optics and granulated cork in the composition at the time of mixing with the special mortar cement. After setting we obtain a new material of resistance similar to traditional concrete, weighing less and with a certain degree of translucency. Changing the traditional formulation of concrete through the introduction of these two materials, alters the physical properties of the resulting compound.

  • Patent number: 8215962
Abstract: A waterproof, swivel feature secondary plug and socket device suitable for use within a construction setting, for placement within an extension cord between an originating power source and a user end tool. The device allows a rotational movement between the plug and socket components such that cord twisting and buckling is eliminated, and strain on an operator is reduced. The device provides protection against cord damage or operator injury because, when too great a longitudinal traction force is applied along the cord, as when a cord becomes entrapped during use, the frictional fit between the plug and socket component allows an automatic separation of the unit with immediate withdrawal of electrical power from the cord.
