  • Patent number: 11901782
Abstract: A magnetically active unit of an electric machine with at least two poles includes a laminated core with slots, and at least one winding for each of the phases. The windings have an electric conductor which forms coil groups in the slots. The coils of the coil groups are formed with at least two sections of the electric conductors of at least one of the windings and are arranged so as to be electrically insulated from each other in the grooves. At least one first coil group of the coil groups of one of the windings has a first number of coils which deviates from a second number of coils of a second coil group of the coil groups of the same winding.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 17, 2019
Date of Patent: February 13, 2024
    Assignee: Flender GmbH
Inventors: Robin Brenner, Dominik Kohlmeier, Manuel Oberneder, Norbert Schönbauer, Karl-Heinz Senninger
  • Patent number: 11437771
Abstract: A slip ring body for electrically contacting an asynchronous machine includes first and second slip rings rigidly connected to one another, with at least two conductor bars fastened to each of the slip rings. At least one of the slip rings has a recess for passage of the conductor bars of the other slip ring and defining around the recess a first region in which air is at least partially present and which has a magnetic conductivity that is lower than a magnetic conductivity in a second region in which the conductor bars to the one slip ring are fastened, or which second region is embodied for contacting with an energy-transmitting brush. The first and second regions are not made of copper. The recess defines an opening cross-sectional area which is greater than a cross-sectional area of the conductor bars fastened to the one slip ring.

Date of Patent: September 6, 2022
    Assignee: Flender GmbH
Inventors: Herbert Binder, Robert Gruber, Oliver Memminger, Manuel Oberneder, Klaus Schifferer
  • Patent number: 11424657
Abstract: A slip ring bridge, in particular for use in a wind power installation, includes at least two segments configured to provide electrical power, and an insulation element configured to insulate the segments to maintain the segments in spaced-apart relationship. The insulation element includes a shield arranged inside the insulation element and connected to a constant electric potential.
