  • Publication number: 20240256961
Abstract: A method is for generating a training dataset for training an artificial intelligence system in order to ascertain an operating state and/or to predict an event timepoint of a hand-held power tool. The method includes providing a plurality of measured values of an operating variable of a hand-held power tool, and identifying an event timepoint within the plurality of measured values. The method also includes arranging a plurality of labeled measured values in a time series based on timestamps of the measured values, and providing a training dataset including the time series of labeled measured values of the operating variable.

  • Patent number: 11338843
Abstract: A worm gear for a worm gear system of a motor vehicle steering device may include a hub, a support element, and a gear rim. The gear rim may have a multiplicity of teeth that extend radially outward from a central encircling annular web. The support element may be a support ring that by means of an injection-molding method is injected between the gear rim and the hub. The support element may connect in a form-fitting manner the hub and the gear rim. The gear rim may include reinforcement ribs that, on both end sides, from the teeth extend radially in a direction of a worm gear longitudinal axis.

  • Patent number: 11225283
Abstract: A worm gear for a worm gear mechanism of a motor vehicle steering system includes a carrier body and a multiplicity of teeth with tooth surfaces. The teeth point radially outward and the carrier body is formed from a plastic including reinforcement fibers and has a multiplicity of ribs with rib surfaces which point radially outward from a central encircling ring-shaped web of the worm gear. The teeth are applied to the ribs of the carrier body by injection molding, and the reinforcement fibers are oriented, wherein the multiplicity of reinforcement fibers, in terms of their orientation, follow the adjacent rib surfaces of the carrier body and/or the adjacent tooth surfaces of the teeth.

  • Patent number: 10811915
Abstract: A rotor (10) for an electric motor has a force-transmission region (11) which is operatively connected to a motor shaft (12). A torque-transmission region (13) which is composed of fibre composite materials is adjacent to the force-transmission region (11). A magnetic connection region (14) and a region (15) for magnetic field guidance with magnets (16) are arranged on that side of the torque-transmission region (13) which is situated opposite the force-transmission region (11). The motor shaft can also be formed from fibre composite materials. Since the magnetic connection region (14) has a plastic which is provided with a magnetic or magnetizable filler, a rotor for an electric motor and also a motor shaft which interacts with said rotor which are of lightweight construction are provided, said rotor and motor shaft meeting the required performance criteria.
