  • Publication number: 20240154227
Abstract: A stored energy source housing, in particular a high-voltage accumulator housing for a motor vehicle, has a top housing part and a bottom housing part. The bottom housing part has a middle portion and two end portions. The middle portion has a base element on which wall elements are formed laterally and extend along a longitudinal axis. As a result, together with the base element, an arrangement space is formed in regions, and the end portions are arranged at the ends of the middle portion and have wall elements which also form the arrangement space. The end portions are cast parts, and the shape of the middle portion is produced by bending.

  • Patent number: 11904944
Abstract: A front wall module for delimiting a front of a passenger cell in a motor vehicle includes a planar carrier structure which forms a front wall portion where a functional shape for receiving a component is formed in the planar carrier structure and where the planar carrier structure is a cast aluminum structural part.

  • Publication number: 20240010063
Abstract: An energy store floor assembly for an electrically drivable motor vehicle includes a floor assembly with respective cross members, which extend between respective side sills and on the underside of which a vehicle floor is arranged, and an electrical energy store device, which is arranged under the vehicle floor and is accommodated in a multi-part store housing. To create an energy store floor assembly which is particularly lightweight and easy to produce, a housing upper part of the store housing forms the vehicle floor of the floor assembly, which is connected to at least one housing lower part via at least one gas-tight connection to form the store housing, which is fastened to the floor assembly on the underside of the cross members.

  • Publication number: 20230415818
Abstract: A storage housing for an energy store of a motor vehicle includes at least one housing part along which a longitudinal member is arranged on both vehicle outer sides of the storage housing. The longitudinal member is designed as a chamber profile with hollow chambers delimited by chamber walls. In order in this case to provide a storage housing which, on the one hand, has particularly advantageous accident properties, in particular in the event of a side impact on the motor vehicle, and, on the other hand, can nevertheless be produced relatively favorably, the longitudinal members on both vehicle outer sides of the storage housing are formed from in each case at least two partial longitudinal members, the partial cross sections of which complement one another to form an overall cross section.

  • Publication number: 20230264556
Abstract: Please replace the original Abstract with the following new Abstract: A housing lower part of an energy storage device housing includes a tub-like element, which has lateral wall elements which extend along a longitudinal axis. Sill elements are arranged on the outer side of the wall elements and each projects beyond the wall elements along the longitudinal axis by way of a longitudinal section. Transverse elements are arranged on the end side of the tub-like element and extend transversely to the longitudinal axis. The sill elements are fastened to the end side of the transverse elements by way of the longitudinal sections.

  • Publication number: 20220332181
Abstract: A floor assembly for a motor vehicle has a front chassis module, in particular a front axle support, and a rear chassis module, in particular a rear axle support, as well as a housing of a stored electrical energy source, which is situated between the chassis modules as seen in the longitudinal direction of the floor assembly. The floor assembly includes at least one terminating component via which the housing of the stored electrical energy source can be fixed to a body part of the motor vehicle. The at least one terminating component is designed as a constituent part of at least one of the chassis modules. A motor vehicle includes such a floor assembly.
