  • Publication number: 20260117838
Abstract: A bottom valve having a valve body with first and second sides and configured in an installed state in a telescoping damper to separate a work chamber on the first side from a portion of an equalization space on the second side. A restriction bore formed in the valve body allows a respective fluid flow from the first side in direction of the second side while a respective opposite fluid flow is prevented. A separating element is provided which, together with the valve body, defines an intermediate space bounded at least at a respective orifice of the restriction bore facing the second side of the valve body and is delimited from an equalization region in which the portion of the equalization space is provided in the installed state of the base valve. Fluid can be exchanged via at least one passage between the intermediate space and the equalization region.

  • Publication number: 20240426363
Abstract: A vibration damper valve assembly having a main valve, a main valve body, a main valve disc influencing a main volumetric flow resistance, and an additional draw-side and pressure-side valve. The draw-side additional valve has a draw-side additional valve body and a draw-side valve disc influencing an auxiliary volumetric flow resistance on the draw side, and the pressure-side additional valve has a pressure-side additional valve body and a pressure-side valve disc influencing the auxiliary volumetric flow on the pressure side. A support section axially secures the main valve and the two additional valves. The main valve body is arranged between the additional valve bodies defining a draw-side and a pressure-side working chamber. The pressure-side additional valve opens into a pressure chamber chambered off relative to the pressure-side working chamber, and the working chamber is delimited by an additional valve disc to influence the flow resistance of the auxiliary volumetric flow.

  • Publication number: 20150276002
Abstract: A damping valve arrangement for a vibration damper has a main valve body, a first auxiliary valve body and a second auxiliary valve body with at least two through-flow channels connected hydraulically in parallel for a flow direction of a damping medium. Outlet cross sections of the at least two through-flow channels are influenced by at least one valve disk. The valve bodies are axially fastened to a shared support that extends through the valve bodies and at least one through-flow channel is formed at the support. A first auxiliary valve including the first auxiliary valve body and at least a first valve disk and a second auxiliary valve including the second auxiliary valve body and a, separate valve disk connected through a shared through-flow channel and are hydraulically connected in series such that the amount of damping medium flowing through the second auxiliary valve is limited by the first auxiliary valve.
