    Abstract: A head restraint for a vehicle seat for a vehicle for at least one person. The head restraint has a front side facing the person sitting on the vehicle seat and a rear side arranged opposite to the front of the head restraint. The head restraint has a head box and at least one foam body. The foam body is applied around at least part of the head box and covers at least a part of the head box arranged in the direction of the front side of the head restraint and also covers at least part of the part of the head box arranged in the direction of the rear side of the head restraint. The foam body is designed such that the part of the foam body which covers the rear side of the head restraint can form a resonance volume.
