Abstract: A system for scheduling a callback includes instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to: generate a URL to schedule the callback, provide the URL with the embedded security token to a user device, receive information relating to a service request associated with the callback to be scheduled, receive a selection of the URL from the user device, determine a queue from which to retrieve a plurality of timeslots based on the information relating to the service request, retrieve the plurality of timeslots from the determined queue, the plurality of timeslots associated with an agent associated with the determined queue, transmit, to the user device, the plurality of timeslots, receive, from the user device, a selection of a timeslot, and schedule the callback at the selected timeslot.

Abstract: A workbench application is configured to present an interactive search display that includes a search field, and perform, using a search engine and a set of one or more search terms entered in the search field by a user, a search of one or more databases that collectively store policy information for a plurality of insurance policies. The application also presents to the user results corresponding to information returned by the search of the database(s), with the results including an entry for a first person associated with at least one of the insurance policies, and an interactive control associated with the entry for the first person. A set of results and an interactive control may be presented to the user. The results may include an entry for a first person. A particular relationship between the first person and the loss event, specified by the user via the interactive control, and information associated with the first person, may be used to cause loss report information to be automatically added to one or more loss reporting fields. The loss report information may be caused to be stored in a claims database as a part of a loss report record.
