Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, and specifically provides an anti-FXI/FXIa antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, nucleic acid molecules encoding same, and methods for preparing same. The anti-FXI/FXIa antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof described in the present invention has specificity and high affinity to FXI/FXIa, and can effectively inhibit the activity of FXI/FXIa. Therefore, the present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a use thereof in the preparation of a drug which is used for the prevention and/or treatment of diseases or disorders related to coagulation or thromboembolism.

Abstract: A fastening device for a cleaning device by introducing pressure waves through a hollow nozzle into a boiler to be cleaned through an opening in the boiler wall has a housing body, which can be fastened to the boiler wall with the aid of a fastening flange on the boiler side, the hollow nozzle being concentric with the opening in the boiler wall and orthogonal to the boiler axis. Damping units are arranged at regular angular intervals around the hollow nozzle in the longitudinal direction thereof and are each fastened with one free end to the boiler-side fastening flange and with the respective other free end to the housing body. When the pressure waves are triggered, the housing body is resiliently retained in the longitudinal direction away from the boiler and brought back into the initial position.

Abstract: Provided is a protective device for a boiler access point including a fan, a pressure sensor, and a check valve. The fan is connected via the access to the environment for drawing in ambient air and the pressure sensor is connected to it via a gas-tight connection and a check valve is connected downstream of the control unit via a further gas-tight connection. A control unit connected to the pressure sensor has a data memory in which at least a lower first and a higher second threshold value for pressure values are stored. The presence of a malfunction can be determined by the control unit when a pressure sensor signal measured by the pressure sensor and forwarded to the control unit is below the first or above the second threshold value.

Thus, alternative routes exist to leave a damaged compartment, i.e., either through the inner cavity or through the opening in the outer surface of the housing. When one compartment is damaged, the adjacent compartments are still operative because they are sealed from the damaged compartment.

A first image search using the first screen capture of the video is performed and a second image search using the second screen capture of the video is performed. A grid of search results for the video is presented. The grid comprises a first search result from the first image search and a second search result from the second image search. Search results of the grid are periodically added to the grid as the video is being presented at the display area.
