Following the acquisition of event information relating to an event occurring on the itinerary, a management entity of a telecommunications infrastructure identifies at least one target vehicle based on the acquired event information and determines a control instruction for the at least one target vehicle based on the acquired event information. The entity then transmits the control instruction to the at least one vehicle.
