Patent number: 11693554Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate generally to effortlessly switching between user accounts. For example, a user may access an application on their computing device. Within the application the user may have multiple user accounts. The application may display a plurality of indicators that signify each user account associated with that application. In this regard, the user may perform a swiping or tapping motion to select a particular user account to switch to. A transitional stage may take place that changes a first background and details associated with a first user account to a second background and details associated with a second user account. When the transition is complete, the user is able to access and perform functions associated with the second user account. The user may switch to another user account using a similar swiping or tapping motion.Type: GrantFiled: September 16, 2021Date of Patent: July 4, 2023Assignee: Google LLCInventors: Erik Viktor Persson, Jonathan Lee, Jean-Marc Denis

Publication number: 20170249689Abstract: There is provided a system and method of automated processing of online social networking data for integration with an inventory management system. A merchant or other selling entity may post data to a social networking platform, where the posted data includes an item for sale. A transaction processor may process the post data to determine the item for sale with a backend merchant inventory management system or other sales platform. The transaction processor may then poll comments to the posted data to determine whether any users are requesting to purchase the item. If the transaction processor identifies a purchase request, the transaction processor may interface with the merchant's sales platform to determine availability, cost, and other parameters, and may generate an invoice for the item. The invoice may be communicated to the user, and the transaction processor may update the merchant with results from processing the invoice.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 24, 2017Publication date: August 31, 2017Inventors: Megan Marie O'Neill, Shilpa Dhar, Marc Denis Kocher, Bill Scott, Dereck Quock, Sumit Savla, Greg Crescimanno, Erik Toth

Patent number: 9705133Abstract: The invention relates to the use of subfluorinated carbon nano-objects as an electrode material of primary lithium batteries, the electrode obtained by that use and a lithium battery comprising such an electrode. The subfluorinated carbon nano-objects used in the invention have a central part made of nonfluorinated carbon and a peripheral part made of fluorinated carbon of formula CFX where x represents the F/C atomic ratio, which is such that 0.25<x<1.1 and whereof the spectrum 19F MAS RMN has a single peak between ?150 and ?190 ppm/CFCl3 (outside of rotation bands). The invention applies to the field of storing and retrieving energy, in particular.Type: GrantFiled: December 11, 2013Date of Patent: July 11, 2017Assignee: UNIVERSITE BLAISE PASCAL-CLERMONT-FERRAND IIInventors: Katia Guerin Araujo Da Silva, Marc Denis Alphonse Dubois, Andre Hamwi

Patent number: 4603024Abstract: A print is made of the sole of a foot in a block (1) of modelling clay. If necessary the print is corrected for orthopedic reasons. A rigid shape (23) is cast in the print, and after unmolding, the contour (26) of a sole to be made is marked on the shape in relief. The shape is then used to mark said contour in hollow form in the footprint. The block is then cut through along said contour and the central portion of the block is removed. The rigid shape is reinserted in the remaining peripheral portion of the footprint, and a sole is cast inside the peripheral portion and on the rigid shape. A first sole may be made in a single session in the presence of the patient. Thereafter, the rigid shape may be conserved, and used to make any subsequent soles that may be necessary without requiring the patient to be present.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 1985Date of Patent: July 29, 1986Assignee: SipseInventor: Marc Denis
