  • Patent number: 10471835
Abstract: A method for assisting the positioning of an electric vehicle, provided with energy storage structure, with respect to a recharging station the electric vehicle and the recharging station being arranged in order to form between them a temporary electromechanical coupling allowing a transfer of electrical energy from the recharging station to the storage structure. This method includes, at the level of the recharging station, a phase of detecting a positioning of the electric vehicle that is suitable for a temporary coupling, and at the level of the vehicle, a phase of transmitting a charging command to the station, processing the charging command by the station being conditional on the detection of the positioning and controlling the forming of a temporary coupling, then a transfer of energy.

  • Publication number: 20190232809
Abstract: A safety system for an electromechanical coupling assembly for being fitted to a charging station and an electric vehicle, a corresponding electromechanical coupling assembly and charging station, as well as a method for electromechanically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging station. The present safety system includes: a detectable element secured to a first connecting part of the coupling assembly; a sensor secured to a second connecting part, the sensor being configured to detect whether the detectable element is located in proximity; and a control unit driving a movement of the first connecting part from a folded position to a proximate position with a force, the amplitude of which is lower than a maximum amplitude F1 max, and controlling a movement of the first connecting part from the proximate position to a connecting position with a force, the amplitude of which is higher than the maximum amplitude F1 max.

  • Publication number: 20180345809
Abstract: A recharging station for an electric public transport vehicle of the bus or tyred tram type, includes: at least one first electrical connector intended to electrically connect the station to the vehicle at least one second electrical connector intended to electrically connect the station to an external electrical energy source; and a structure defining at least one area for accommodating people; the station having the form of a rigid monobloc unit that can be moved and installed on a desired site as a single unit. An electric public transport installation is also provided including such stations.
