  • Publication number: 20240279588
Abstract: Disclosed herein are cell processing systems, devices, and methods thereof. A system for planning parallel biomanufacturing processes comprises a plurality of cartridges, each containing a cell sample, a biomanufacturing workcell configured to receive the plurality of cartridges and comprising a plurality of instruments configured to interface with respective modules of each one of the plurality of cartridges to perform biomanufacturing processes on the cell sample therein, and a computing device comprising a processor configured to receive one or more inputs associated with the biomanufacturing processes to be performed on the cell sample within each of the plurality of cartridges, simulate the biomanufacturing processes based on the received one or more inputs, identify potential contentions based on the simulation, and generate an output based on the one or more inputs associated with the biomanufacturing processes.

  • Publication number: 20240254426
Abstract: Described herein are systems, devices, and methods for high-throughput manufacturing of cell products for biomedical applications using automated systems executing parallel workflows. A method for scheduling a cell processing cartridge for loading into a cell processing system may include determining a system configuration, determining a configuration for each of a plurality of cell processing cartridges of the system, and providing a loading schedule for loading a first cartridge of the plurality of cartridges into the system. A method for monitoring contention of a cell processing system processing a plurality of cell samples in parallel may include loading the plurality of cell samples into the system and determining contention for each of a plurality of processing instruments before and after a processing operation is executed by the system. The contention may be based on a number of cell samples that need the instrument during a time period.

  • Patent number: 9112430
Abstract: The systems, methods, and devices of the various embodiments provide a power converter that modulates the voltage to follow the envelope of the phase output such that the current may pass through to the line. The systems, methods, and devices of the various embodiments may provide a two phase power converter that modulates the voltage to follow the envelope of the two phase output. The systems, methods, and devices of the various embodiments may provide a three phase power converter that modulates the intermediate voltage to follow the envelope of the three phase output such that the current may pass through to the line without requiring intermediate storage.

  • Publication number: 20120212064
Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for controlling a photovoltaic panel, to output three-phase power while ensuring the power source operates safely include determining a temperature of the photovoltaic panel, determining a voltage provided from the photovoltaic panel, determining a parameter based on the voltage and the temperature and controlling a DC to three-phase power converter based on the determined parameter. The three-phase power converter may be a pulse amplitude modulated current converter (PAMCC), configured to output first, second and third pulse amplitude modulated current pulse from three terminals controlled in timing and phase so that when respective outputs of multiple PAMCCs are connected, each phase of the plurality of PAMCCs is demodulated to produce a three-phase alternating current output. The PAMCC may be controlled through tables of pulse durations based on the determined parameter. The voltage output may be controlled through a fast control loop and through a slower control loop.
