Abstract: A micro-electric thermal device that creates a perpetual, safe and green energy source when propelled by airflow that provides electricity to atomize a liquid within an electronic cigarette cylinder. A pinwheel, fin or mine-turbine devices with protruding wires rotates through a magnetic field converting mechanical energy to electrical energy. When the electrical energy is governed it delivers instant and constant electricity to a LED light, a micro heating element and atomizing device, and/or other electronic cigarette embodiments.
