  • Patent number: 7871050
Abstract: An adjustable tray assembly for engaging a cupholder in a vehicle comprises a tray having a plurality of cuts to form an aperture; and a frustum adapter having a downwardly tapered cylindrical shape, wherein the frustum adapter defines a first cavity for removably receiving an inserted beverage container, and wherein the adapter is removably inserted in the aperture and in the cupholder to bind the tray in place, and wherein the tray is substantially perpendicular with respect to a central axis of the cupholder and is capable of supporting various items, including food items.

  • Publication number: 20040157525
Abstract: An inflatable noisemaker has a flexible envelope and a multiplicity of pellets contained within the envelope. The pellets can be made of wood, glass, plastic, metal, dry beans or dry peas and are free to bounce around in response to an impact on the envelope and the envelope is constructed to be grasped manually and to enclose a gas under pressure.

  • Patent number: 6699095
Abstract: A balloon has an inflatable main body with a flexible extension. The extension is connected to the main body in such a manner that, when they are inflated, the extension forms a semirigid handle. The balloon therefore requires no separate holder. The balloon can be deflated for storage or shipment and reinflated when desirable or necessary.

  • Patent number: 6149111
Abstract: A support device includes a flexible sheet material foldable to form a three-dimensional two-sided A-frame structure having at least a pair of substantially aligned predetermined holes, one above the other and a pole-like element insertable through the vertically aligned holes and supported by the three-dimensional folded structure, the pole-like element maintaining the flexible sheet material as the three-dimensional two-sided A-frame structure when folded. The flexible sheet material is preferably a die-cut and scored piece of material such as cardboard. The holes may be formed within corresponding tab-like sections of the flexible sheet material. According to an embodiment, the three-dimensional two-sided a-frame structure is a retail point-of-purchase display sign support and the pole-like element is a support for a display sign.

  • Patent number: 6044892
Abstract: A frame assembly is adjustable to fit within a range of desired openings and includes juxtaposed first and second frame units detachably assembled together. An intervening media material is releasably sandwiched between the frame units. The media material defines a slotted perimeter flap that protrudes outwardly beyond at least one outside peripheral edge of the frame units to engage and to seal a space between a perimeter defining the desired opening and the frame assembly. The frame units are detachably engaged by a mounting assembly adapted to secure the frame units over the desired opening.

  • Patent number: 5334072
Abstract: An inflatable body, such as a balloon, and holder assembly therfor is disclosed which is adapted for use with an optional straw as a handle by which the balloon may be both inflated and thereafter held. The inflatable body and an inflation port and inner conduit are formed from a plurality of overlying and peripherally sealable panels. A holder element, such as a straw, may be inserted within the conduit such that upon inflation of the balloon the walls of the conduit are pressed against the holder to provide support for the balloon.

  • Patent number: 5306194
Abstract: An edge holder for an inflatable body such as a balloon is disclosed which is adapted for use with an optional straw as a holder by which the balloon may be both inflated with an suitable inflation medium and thereafter held. The inflatable body may be provided with an inflation conduit through which, for example, a straw can be inserted for communicating the inflation medium to the interior of the body. The handle is gripped by a plurality of pressure chambers spaced around the holder which, after inflation of the balloon, define a reinforced edge holder assembly.
