    Abstract: A setup device for use in a machine way channel of a machine table comprising an elongate member having opposed first and second ends. The elongate member has a stock engaging surface located adjacent the first end for facilitating alignment of a desired piece of stock relative to the machine way channel. The second end of the setup device supports a locking arrangement for releasably engaging with the machine way channel of a machine table. The setup device also includes a mechanism for facilitating rotation of the setup device for locking and unlocking the setup device, as desired, from the channel.
