Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for creating a customizable dental chart. The methods utilize independently modifiable representations of oral structures including teeth, soft and/or bony structures, wherein each of the representations of oral structures comprises a base structure and one or more attributes which optionally comprise one or more properties. The one or more attributes may be independently activated and the one or more properties of the attributes may be independently activated to form a representation of said patient's oral/dental cavity.
