  • Publication number: 20260147603
Abstract: According to an implementation, a computer system manages application migrations between computing environments through reusable migration plans. A processor receives and stores expert-defined migration templates in a repository, retrieves compatible plans based on application characteristics, and executes migrations through standardized parameters. The system separates complex configuration from routine execution, enabling non-expert operators to implement migrations through simplified interfaces while maintaining operational consistency through automated validation and recovery capabilities.

  • Patent number: 10945210
Abstract: In accordance with a first aspect of the present disclosure, a control system for a radio frequency (RF) communication device is provided, the system comprising: a communication controller configured to control an RF communication of the RF communication device; a detector configured to detect the presence of an external communication device and to initiate a wake-up of the communication controller in dependence on said presence; wherein the detector is configured to detect said presence by detecting a first load on an RF interface of the RF communication device, said first load resulting from a first transmitted RF pulse; and wherein the detector is configured to initiate said wake-up if a difference between the first load and a reference load is above a high threshold, and to perform a presence verification if the difference between the first load and the reference load is between a low threshold and the high threshold.

  • Publication number: 20200333778
Abstract: A system for remotely driving a driverless vehicle remotely connected to a remote driving station, includes implementing telepresence terminals, optical and acoustic sensors in the vehicle and in the remote driving station to enable a driver present in the remote driving station to interact in a bidirectional manner with one or several person(s) present around the driverless vehicle thanks to bidirectional optical and acoustic transmissions between the driverless vehicle and the remote driving station. The system for remotely driving a driverless vehicle further provides a transmission tool allowing for a synchronization of the data throughout the transmission chain. This is also useful in the goods and merchandise transportation field.

  • Patent number: 9240706
Abstract: Among other things, one or more techniques and/or systems are provided for synchronizing one or more direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) power sources (e.g., a DC power source coupled to an inverter) for restoration of power to a load. That is, responsive to a grid fault of a grid used to supply power to a load over a common bus, the common bus is isolated from the grid and the load. One or more DC to AC power sources are synchronized through synchronization circuits (e.g., voltage, phase, and/or frequency synchronization) until a total power supply provided by respective synchronized DC to AC power sources is greater than or equal to a target power used to supply the load. Once the target power is achieved, a load circuit breaker is closed so that respective synchronized DC to AC power sources provide power to the load over the common bus.

  • Patent number: 4699083
Abstract: Arsine or phosphine are thermally decomposed to form a molecular beam of arsenic or phosphorous by using the inside surfaces of a thermal decomposition duct (11) made of quartz or of boron nitride and heated on the outside by radiation from a filament (30). Pierced internal partitions (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) having successive circumferentially offset holes (6p, 6q, 6r, 6s) increase the decomposition surface area and prevent a molecule from passing through the duct along a straight line.

  • Patent number: 3975284
Abstract: Installation for the production of chlorine or chlorine dioxide water or of solutions of a mixture of halogen and halogen derivatives, characterized by a closed circuit under pressure in which circulates water to be enriched, with an over-pressure produced by a pump, the basic chemical element being permanently injected into this circuit by means of a water-ejector, the discharge of the terminal solution, which leaves the reactor under pressure, being compensated by a supply of water to the closed circuit.Application to the treatment of water for drinking, for industrial use and for swimming pools.
