  • Patent number: 10182083
Abstract: Electronic source information is reconciled by normalizing at least some electronic source information, transport information and destination information by applying a plurality of rules to extract the information into at least one schema. At least some of the normalized information is identified to contain at least one discrepancy or missing data record, and reconciliation information is provided in a graphical user interface. Electronic information is received that reconciles the discrepancy or the missing record, and the reconciled and normalized electronic source, transport and destination information is processed to provide data analytics. A report is generated that represents the data analytics and that is output to at least one user. This can occur in one or more implementations of the present application.

  • Publication number: 20170335336
Abstract: A method for the transformation of sugar beet protoplasts includes obtaining protoplasts from stomatal guard cells isolated from a sugar beet plant. The protoplasts are transformed with a nucleic acid construct including a nucleotide sequence of interest and a selection marker sequence. One or more ALS inhibitors at a concentration that is lethal to the in vitro culture of the protoplasts are applied to an in vitro culture of the protoplasts. Sugar beet plants are regenerated from the surviving protoplasts having integrated the nucleic acid construct including the sequence of interest and the selection marker sequence. The selection marker sequence is the mutated BvALS113 sequence carrying in its sequence a mutation at amino acid 113 position from Alanine to Tyrosine.

  • Publication number: 20170121723
Abstract: A method for transformation of sugar beet protoplasts includes obtaining protoplasts from stomatal guard cells isolated from a sugar beet plant. The protoplasts are transformed with a nucleic acid construct including a nucleotide sequence of interest and Transcription Activator-Like Effector Nucleases (TALEN) or one or more vectors including sequences encoding these Transcription Activator-Like Effector Nucleases (TALEN)sequences. The TALEN target and process a target sequence and replace the target sequence through homologous recombination with the nucleic acid construct including the nucleotide sequence of interest, -possibly applying to an in vitroculture of the protoplasts, a medium that is toxic, preferably lethal to the in vitroculture of the protoplasts.

  • Publication number: 20100203850
Abstract: A shock and water resistant wireless pager enclosure comprises a bottom having thickened walls and a top lip. The top lip supports a transparent film, which is secured by a cover removably hinged to the bottom by a protrusion at one end, through which a hinge pin passes. The protrusion and pin are accepted in a trough in the bottom, which is rounded to facilitate the hinged motion. The pin prevents the cover from sliding laterally from the bottom. The bottom, optionally with strip inserts, secures the pager, the cover is fixed thereto by screws, pinching the film between them. A cover loop proximate the protrusion facilitates opening of the cover and provides a mechanism for attaching a clip. The bottom contains a ribbon strip to facilitate pager removal and can include a recess to receive a tracking device.

  • Publication number: 20070049365
Abstract: A shock and water resistant wireless pager enclosure comprises a bottom having thickened walls, a top lip and interior foam strips. The top edges of the strips are coplanar with the top. A transparent film is supported thereon and on the lip and secured by a cover removably hinged to the bottom by a protrusion at one end, through which a hinge pin passes. The protrusion and pin are accepted in a trough in the bottom. The bottom is rounded about the trough to facilitate the hinged motion. The pin prevents the cover from sliding laterally from the bottom. The bottom secures the pager, the cover is fixed thereto by screws, pinching the film between them. A cover loop proximate the protrusion facilitates opening of the cover and provides a mechanism for attaching a clip. The cover may be multi-coloured for easy identification. The bottom contains a ribbon strip to facilitate pager removal and/or an RFID device to locate the enclosure and thus the pager and/or the user.

  • Patent number: 6767246
Abstract: A relay socket is attachable to a cutout in a panel. The relay socket includes a base, at least one rocker beam or heel element at one side of said base, and at least one active snap element at the opposite side of said base. The elements are constructed and arranged so that the socket may be inserted into place by engaging the rocker beam element on one side of a cutout in a panel and pivoting the active snap element toward the opposite side of the cutout so that it engages the opposite side of the cutout and moves inwardly and is inserted into the cutout in which position it moves outwardly to engage the opposite side of the cutout. In this way the elements cooperatively hold the socket onto the panel. There is also an assembly which includes the relay socket. This assembly includes the panel with a cutout into which the relay socket is to be attached as well as the relay itself on the other side of the panel from the relay.
