  • Publication number: 20160056579
Abstract: A plug-in connector that can be manufactured using MID technology, which nevertheless ensures good crosstalk compensation and thus a high data transmission rate has two assembled contact carrier parts with contacts are disposed between these contact carrier parts. A separate, electrically conductive compensation coating may be provided in each contact carrier part, each having a connection surface for producing an electrically conductive connection to an associated contact. Each of the electrically conductive compensation coatings has at least one coupling surface for a targeted capacitive coupling with one or more further contacts. Between each coupling surface and the associated contact, an insulating film or part of an insulating film is provided, which acts as a dielectric and a spacer. By selection of the contacts to be coupled and the capacitance of the coupling, good compensation of undesired crosstalk can thus be achieved in a simple manner.

  • Publication number: 20150070859
Abstract: In a housing 1 for receiving an electric circuit board 50 it is proposed to provide in a first housing half 2 of the housing 1 a plurality of bearing pads 20, 21 located at various levels. These bearing pads 20, 21 receive, together with counter bearing pads 30, 31 provided in a second housing half 30, the electric circuit board 50. A plurality of support points 55, 56 is provided on the electric circuit board 50, each of which support points 55, 56 is respectively associated with the bearing pads 20, 21 and counter bearing pads 30, 31. By removing individual support points 55, 56, the bearing pads 20, 21 and counter bearing pads 30, 31 are selected, on which the circuit board 50 is supposed to rest. By selecting the bearing pads 20, 21 and counter bearing pads 30, 31 lying at different levels, the level of the electric circuit board 50 in the housing 1 is determined.

  • Publication number: 20120070120
Abstract: A special plug connector is proposed for contacting a mating plug using a standard plug connector, such that the dimensions of the mating plug differ from this standard plug connector in both horizontal and vertical directions. This special plug connector has a plug connector housing with two bearing pins and a holding element for holding two respective ferrule housings. Firstly, the holding element is elastically connected by a first spring element to the plug connector housing. Secondly, the holding element having two arms, each of which has a corresponding elongated hole, is rotatable within a certain angular range about the bearing pins of the insert under the influence of a spring and is held on the plug connector housing, so that it is displaceable by a first displacement path axially to the ferrules under the influence of a spring.
