  • Publication number: 20100298401
Abstract: The object of the invention is a galenical form for the administration by buccal transmucous means of at least one active ingredient of the triptan family, comprising at least: Said active ingredient in basic form and in salt form, and A dilute-alcoholic solution that titrates at least 15 degrees of alcohol, whereby said active ingredient is present in a stable and complete state of dissolution in the dilute-alcoholic solution so as to allow a fast absorption of said active ingredient through the mucous membranes of the buccal cavity and/or the oropharynx. The invention also relates to a process for the production of this galenical formulation as well as its use.

  • Publication number: 20100093710
Abstract: A galenical form for the transmucous administration of at least one active ingredient, characterized in that the active ingredient is paracetamol in a stable and complete dissolved state in a hydroalcoholic solution that includes at least 10% by mass of alcohol so as to allow fast absorption of the active ingredient through the mucous membranes of the buccal cavity and/or the oropharynx. A process for production and the uses of the galenical form are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070110801
Abstract: The object of the invention is a process for diffusion of lipophilic molecules in an aqueous medium, in particular derivatives of the aryl-carboxylic family for the treatment of buccopharyngeal ailments, molecules with anti-inflammatory, anti-mycotic, central action analgesic or anti-allergic activity, characterized in that it consists in resorting to salts of these molecules. The invention also covers compositions and tablets implementing this diffusion process.

  • Patent number: 5683721
Abstract: Mecidinal specialty in galenic presentation and constituted in particular by a pastille, granule, pill, tablet or the like, adapted to be sucked by the user or with sublingual administration. At least one active product in microdispersed form within the substrate. Method of presenting a therapeutical composition for internal use, particularly for administration per os, in galenic presentation, and containing at least one active principle in solid form adsorbed on a substrate. The active product is distributed therein in the state of finely dispersed microparticles.

  • Patent number: 5629022
Abstract: Preparation method for preparing a therapeutical composition for internal use, particularly to be administered by mouth, in galenical presentation, and containing at least one active principle in solid form adsorbed on a substrate, the active product being distributed therein as finely dispersed microparticles. The method includes dissolving the starting active principle in an appropriate solvent, impregnating the solution thus formed on a food support having an appropriate structure and pharmaceutically compatible with the active principle, and evaporating the solvent from the solution adsorbed in the support by causing the reconstitution of the active principle by formation of microcrystals adsorbed on the walls of the substrate and within the substrate. The solvent is comprised of a binary system including a main solvent of organic nature and an adjuvent of the solid type at room temperature and soluble in the main solvent. The adjuvent additionally has lubricating properties.
