  • Patent number: 11898549
Abstract: The present invention concerns a dosing pump comprising a dosing chamber, a working chamber and a dosing diaphragm, wherein the dosing chamber and the working chamber are separated from each other by the dosing diaphragm, wherein there is provided a device for reciprocating movement of the dosing diaphragm between a first position and a second position, wherein the volume of the dosing chamber is smaller in the first position than in the second position. To provide a dosing pump, the dosing diaphragm of which has an increased service life and which as far as possible can be hydraulically operated even at very low dosing fluid pressures at the suction side it is proposed according to the invention that there is provided a prestressing device which prestresses the dosing diaphragm in the direction of the first or second position.

  • Publication number: 20230102701
Abstract: A metering diaphragm pump includes a metering chamber, a working chamber and a metering membrane. The metering chamber and the working chamber are separated from one another by the metering membrane. A device for moving the metering membrane back and forth between a first and a second position is provided. The volume of the metering chamber is smaller in a first position than in the second position, and a protective membrane is disposed next to the metering membrane on the working chamber side.

  • Patent number: 11592324
Abstract: The invention concerns a dosing pump for moving a fluid, comprising a dosing head in which there is a dosing chamber and a displacement element reciprocatable between a first and a second position, wherein the displacement element delimits the dosing chamber, and the volume of the dosing chamber in the first position of the displacement element is greater than the volume of the dosing chamber in the second position of the displacement element, wherein the displacement element is coupled to a linear motor by way of a stroke element in such a way that in operation of the linear motor the stroke element performs a forward stroke and a return stroke in a housing in a direction of a movement axis with a stroke length h and the displacement element is reciprocated between the first position and the second position.
