  • Publication number: 20070079844
Abstract: A cosmetic product applicator includes a cap, an application means, typically a brush, and an axial shaft anchoring said cap and said application means, said axial shaft being an articulated shaft including an upper arm attached to said cap, and a lower arm attached to application means, said upper arm engaging by its lower end with the upper end of said lower arm forming a hinge by engagement of a male element forming an axle with a female element forming a hub, so as to be able to orientate said lower arm relative to said upper arm according to at least an angle ? different from 0°.

  • Publication number: 20070025802
Abstract: The dispenser (1) includes a body (2) with a tubular skirt (3), a support (8) for the product (6), a cap (5) and a member for axially displacing the support (8) manually. It is characterised in that: a) it includes a slider (7), able to be displaced manually in an axial run in the axial direction along the tubular skirt (3), the slider (7, 7?, 7?) forming a the first part (70), the support (8) forming or including a the second part (80), the first and second parts (70, 80) being attracted by radial magnetic forces, b) the skirt (3) of the body (2), the slider (7, 7?, 7?), and typically the support, have typically homothetical, noncircular, sections.

  • Publication number: 20040241405
Abstract: The present invention is a method of partially galvanizing a piece obtained by injection molding, and a partially galvanized product produced by the method. The method of the present invention includes inserting a film of non-galvanizable material into a mold and then injecting a galvanizable material into the mold. After injection, the piece is taken out of the mold and the entire piece is run through a galvanizing process. Because of the film, a portion of the piece is galvanized, while the portion having the film is not galvanized.

  • Publication number: 20040007471
Abstract: A method of locally plating an injection molded part includes delimiting two or more portions of the part by electrical insulation between the portions and successively plating each portion of the part by successively placing one or more electrodes on the surface of each portion. The insulation between the portions is obtained by dual injection molding of the part whereby a material that can be plated is injected to constitute the portions and a material that cannot be plated is injected to constitute a delimitation.
