    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for reprograming immune environment in a subject in need thereof. The inventors demonstrated that DDA induces differentiation of tumor cells and stimulates the secretion and the production of modified exosomes with anti-tumor properties (DDA-exosomes) via a mechanism dependent of the expression of the LXRbeta in the parental cells.
